1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Veronica's Auto Insurance INC, 3998 Inland Empire blvd, Ontario, CA 91764 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of California who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of, and any persons living in the same household as, such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win.

The winner must be able to attend the prize event on the prize date (see Section 5). Void outside the State of California and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 28, 2026 and all entries must be received by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on August 28, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer or designated timekeeping systems are the official time-keeping devices for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted or received after the entry deadline will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, and both have equal chances of winning. Limit: one (1) entry per eligible policy purchased for the purchase-related method; limit one (1) entry per person for the free mail-in method.

All entry information must be complete and accurate. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries are void.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries by any means that subvert the entry process, are void.

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value

One (1) grand prize winner will receive one (1) ticket to the concert event at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California on September 5, 2026, together with a promotional merchandise package ("Concert Survival Kit").

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize: [insert total ARV]. The actual value may vary. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value is not awarded.

The prize is awarded "as is," is non-transferable (except as the Sponsor may allow for the winner's single guest), and no cash or other substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor at its sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value.

The winner and the winner's guest are solely responsible for transportation to and from the event, and for all costs and expenses not expressly described as part of the prize.

The total value of all prizes offered in this Sweepstakes is under $5,000.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across both entry methods during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection

After the entry deadline and after all mail-in entries have been received, the Sponsor will confirm the eligibility of all entries. Only verified, eligible entries will be included in the drawing. One (1) potential grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about the drawing date. The drawing may be conducted or announced during a live broadcast on the Sponsor's social media. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

8. Winner Notification and Claim Requirements

The potential winner will be notified using the telephone number and email address provided at entry.

The potential winner must respond to the notification and complete, sign, and return all required documents, including an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release, within two (2) business days of the date of the first notification attempt.

If the potential winner cannot be reached, declines the prize, is unable to attend the event on September 5, 2026, is found to be ineligible, fails to return the required documents within the stated period, or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Taxes and tax reporting. The fair market value of the prize is taxable income to the winner, and the winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. For prizes awarded on or after January 1, 2026, the federal Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold is $2,000. If the ARV of the prize is $2,000 or more, the winner will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (including a Social Security number or taxpayer identification number) as a condition of receiving the prize, and the Sponsor will report the value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service on IRS Form 1099-MISC. If the ARV is under $2,000, no Form 1099-MISC is required, though the winner remains responsible for reporting and paying any tax due.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability, claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including attendance at the prize event. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor and those it authorizes to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, statements, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, in any medium, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

11. No Association with Third Parties

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the performing artist or musical group, their management or record label, HYBE, Ticketmaster, Live Nation, SoFi Stadium, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other third party. Any trademarks, names, or likenesses are the property of their respective owners. Each entrant releases each such party on the same terms stated in Section 9.

12. Privacy and Data Use

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy, available at [privacy policy link]. Information provided at entry will be used to administer the Sweepstakes. Marketing communications by email or SMS will be sent only to entrants who separately opt in, and entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Opting in to marketing is not required to enter and does not affect the chances of winning.

13. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for reasons including infection by computer virus, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause that corrupts the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law, and to select the winner from eligible entries received before the action was taken.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

No registration or bond is required in California for a promotion of this type. Registration and bonding requirements that apply in other states (for example, New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) do not apply here because eligibility is limited to California residents.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

14. Winner List

For the name of the winner, available after September 5, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Veronica's Insurance, Attn: Asegura tu Lugar Sweepstakes Winner, [corporate mailing address], Ontario, CA [ZIP], to be received no later than October 15, 2026.

Short-Form Disclosure
