I highly value the work environment: it is inclusive and supportive, allowing me to be the best version of myself. I also really appreciate the positive general atmosphere. At Veronicas Ins, the doors have always been open to me. I feel the confidence and respect to approach my supervisors—whether to pitch an idea or ask for feedback. There is a culture of respect where mistakes are viewed as opportunities for improvement, not for punishment!

When I started here back in 2014, I didn't know how to work a computer and learned within weeks by wonderful people that had the patience to teach me. I started in the pending dept. and underwriting, I enjoy helping HR and other departments, for the past 5 years I'm the receptionist in corporate office and love to attend people and I also was a temp recruiter for corporate. I just Love working for Veronica's insurance!

It has been an amazing experience working at Veronica's Insurance. I wake up every day excited to create new ideas and bring stories to life through video and photography. What started as a hobby years ago turned into a personal journey and eventually my own production company. Being part of Sra. Veronica's team has been both a great responsibility and a pleasure.
